45th Annual Lawn Party

Meet and socialize with faculty, seminarians, staff and fellow supporters at a reception and dinner with music. The proceeds from the Lawn Party help keep tuition costs affordable for the formation of seminarians. The evening will reinvigorate our commitment to support the formation of men answering their unique call to serve God’s Church. As leaders of the Church, the men formed at Pope St. John XXIII will fulfill God’s desire to serve and bring people closer to Him and His kingdom.
Together, we can encourage vocations and invest in the future of the priesthood.

We are honored to welcome Archbishop Richard G. Henning as the host of the 45th Annual Lawn Party. His presence reflects the Archdiocese of Boston's commitment to fostering priestly vocations and supporting the unique mission of Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary. 2026 Pacem in Terris Award Recipients
Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary is honored to present the 2026 Pacem in Terris Award to the Most Reverend Robert J. McManus, Bishop of Worcester, and Gail and Terry Murphy of Weston. Their steadfast faith, generosity, and unwavering support of the Seminary exemplify the values of Pacem in Terris and have strengthened our mission of forming mature men for priestly ministry.
The awards will be presented during the Lawn Party.
