On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary was blessed to have the Most Reverend Earl K. Fernandes, Bishop of the Diocese of Columbus, Ohio, preside over the Admission to Candidacy for Holy Orders for four of our seminarians. Each one of these seminarians has been approved by his Bishop and will continue his studies to become a Catholic priest. Each man expressed his intention to complete his preparation for Holy Orders and his resolve to dedicate himself to that goal.
The four seminarians are Joseph Bao Quoc Nguyen, Diocese of Venice in Florida; Leonardo Espinosa-Lopez, Diocese of Raleigh; Clifton Troy Mastran, Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston; and Maximilian Muenke, Archdiocese of Boston.
We are grateful for these men and all who answer God’s call. Please pray for them.
