Please join us in prayer with the MacKinnon family. John "Jack" Harold MacKinnon of Hingham, Massachusetts was called home to the Lord on August 27, 2023.
Jack served for many years on the Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary Board of Trustees and he and his late wife, Rosemary, were beloved members of the Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary community. Jack’s counsel on the Board was very influential in Seminary planning, and it was always wonderful to see Jack and Rosemary at many of our events. Their friendship was cherished by the community.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Visiting Hours on Thursday, August 31, from 3 to 7 PM, at the Church of the Resurrection, 1057 Main Street, Hingham. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Resurrection on Friday, September 1, at 11 AM.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
